Job Title: Healthcare Data Analyst

Location: Trinity, FL

Position Summary:

The Data Analyst is in charge of providing high quality data for a variety of projects and tasks. The Data Analyst will work with internal departments and external partners, as needed, to collect data related to various tasks and projects.

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday schedule (In-person)

Key Responsibilities:

• Generates and presents summary reports and drill-down reports that will assist clinic staff to identify areas to improve and improve patient care
  
• Applies appropriate statistical theories and methods to solve practical problems such as care gap identification, quality improvement, utilization, and cost reduction.
  
• Performs statistical analyses for program design and evaluation
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of healthcare data analysis is a MUST
  
• Must have healthcare data experience working with an MSO, IPA, ACO, Medicare Advantage a PLUS
  
• Working experience of data manipulation and analysis using healthcare data (Claims, CCLF, EHR/EMR, Disease Registry, Population Health Platforms, etc.)
  
• Solid experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
  
• Intermediate skills of Standard Query Language (SQL) and MS application
